مقدمة

نحن في DriveEasy نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي يجمعها التطبيق، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وما هي حقوقك تجاهها. باستخدامك لتطبيق DriveEasy فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

عند إنشاء حساب واستخدام التطبيق، قد نجمع المعلومات التالية:

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، المدينة.
• بيانات خاصة بالدور: نوع رخصة القيادة (للطلاب/المدربين)، والمدرسة التابع لها المدرب.
• الصورة الشخصية: في حال اخترت إضافة صورة لملفك الشخصي من معرض الصور لديك (اختياري تمامًا).
• بيانات الاستخدام داخل التطبيق: مثل حجوزات الدروس، وربط الطالب بالمدرب، وسجل الدروس الشهري.

لا يقوم التطبيق بتتبع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا يستخدم الكاميرا، ولا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يشارك بياناتك مع شركات تحليلات أو إعلانات خارجية.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

• لإنشاء حسابك وتفعيله والتحقق من هويتك.
• لربطك بمدرب أو طالب مناسب حسب المدرسة والموقع.
• لإدارة الحجوزات والدروس ومتابعة تقدّمك.
• للتواصل معك بخصوص حسابك أو طلباتك (مثل حالة طلب التسجيل كمدرب).
• لتحسين جودة الخدمة وإصلاح المشاكل التقنية.

مكان تخزين البيانات وحمايتها

تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم Google Firebase السحابية، والتي توفر معايير أمان وتشفير معتمدة عالميًا. لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك أو تأجيرها لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

مشاركة المعلومات

نشارك معلوماتك فقط في الحدود التالية:

• بين الطالب والمدرب المرتبطين ببعضهما (مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف) لتسهيل التواصل والحجز.
• مع إدارة التطبيق (الأدمن) لأغراض إدارة الحسابات والموافقة على طلبات التسجيل.
• عند الالتزام بمتطلبات قانونية أو طلب رسمي من جهة مختصة.

حقوقك

• الاطلاع والتعديل: يمكنك مراجعة وتعديل بياناتك في أي وقت من صفحة "الملف الشخصي".
• حذف الحساب: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناته نهائيًا بالتواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.
• سحب الموافقة: يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت.

خصوصية الأطفال

لا يستهدف التطبيق الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هذه الفئة العمرية. إذا تبيّن لنا أننا جمعنا بيانات من طفل دون هذا السن دون علم ولي الأمر، سنقوم بحذفها فور علمنا بذلك.

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر أي تعديلات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, city.
• Role-specific data: driving license type (students/teachers) and the school a teacher belongs to.
• Profile photo: only if you choose to add one from your photo gallery (fully optional).
• In-app usage data: such as lesson bookings, teacher-student links, and monthly lesson history.

The app does not track your location, does not use the camera, shows no ads, and does not share your data with third-party analytics or advertising companies.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and verify your account.
• To match you with a suitable teacher or student based on school and location.
• To manage bookings, lessons, and progress tracking.
• To contact you about your account or requests (e.g. teacher registration status).
• To improve service quality and fix technical issues.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase cloud servers, which provide globally recognized security and encryption standards. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

• Between a linked student and teacher (e.g. name and phone number) to facilitate contact and booking.
• With the app administrators for account management and approving registration requests.
• When required to comply with a legal obligation or official request.

Your Rights

• Access & correction: review and edit your data anytime from the "Profile" page.
• Account deletion: request permanent deletion of your account and data by contacting us below.
• Withdraw consent: stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we learn that we collected data from a child under this age without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
